2-Month Telecoms Blackout Ends, NCC Restores Services In Kaduna Communities

The Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) has approved the immediate restoration of telecommunications services for communities in Kaduna State, Northwest Nigeria. Platforms Africa reports that this approval came two months after the services were shut down in the state.
