The Department of State Services (DSS) has denied reports that its operatives shot someone in a filling station in Lagos. One Toheeb Eniafe, was reportedly shot and killed on Wednesday by security operatives at a filling station at Obalende in the Ikoyi area of Lagos State on Thursday.
