The government of Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital, has finally eased restrictions on social/event centres across the state, about one year after it locked down the state due to COVID-19. Governor of the state, Babajide Sanwo-olu, who declared this, however, called on owners of event centres to obtain a valid license of the state Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture before commencing operation.
