The Lamido of Adamawa, Dr. Muhammadu Mustapha, has lauded the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) on a range of its telecom consumer protection initiatives. He also applauded the Commission over the Village Square Dialogue (VSD) in Yola, Adamawa State at the weekend.
