LFR International Makes Entry into Nigeria via Partnership with Health Emergency Initiative LFR International (LFR) has announced a new partnership with the Health Emergency Initiative (HEI), improving lay first-responder training capabilities in Nigeria. With the help of HEI, LFR will be able to implement its successful training program in Nigeria for the first time.
