The immediate removal of Hassan Atawodi as the Transition Chairman of Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State has been approved by the state Governor, Usman Ododo. Atawodi was said to have been removed for allegedly diverting government palliative. Atawodi was alleged to have been involved in the diversion of the state government palliatives currently being shared across the 21 local government areas of the state to citizens.
