Rivers Varsity Bans Wearing Of Bum Shorts, Long Eyelashes On Campus

The management of Rivers State University has banned indecent dressing on its campus. In a memo signed by its registrar, the varsity prohibited such things as tattooing and hair dying by students. The memo is titled “Bon Indecent Dressing by Students on Campus” and was addressed to the student union.
