The management of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund has raised the alarm over the submission of already published books as academic manuscripts to the fund for sponsorship. In a statement addressed to all heads of institutions, the management noted that henceforth, all academic Manuscripts submitted for sponsorship must undergo a plagiarism process.
