A 16 year-old Junior Secondary School (JSS) 3 pupil, Abubakakar Abdulbasir, has been arrested after kidnapping a four year-old girl, named Halimah, in Marabar Kankara town in Malumfashi LGA of Katsina State, Northwest Nigeria.
