Lagos Building Control Agency Boss Removed As Death Toll Hits 14

The Lagos State Government has removed the General Manager of the state Building Control Agency (LASBCA), Mr Gbolahan Oki, for an independent panel to probe allegation of corruption against his agency, which was allegedly blamed for the collapse of the 21-storey building in the state. The building collapsed on Gerrard Road, Ikoyi. occurred on Monday, 1 November, 2021.
