The students of Tai Solarin University of Education, Ijagun, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, on Monday protested over increment of fees and payment of student tax in the institution. Platforms Africa’s reportsà that the fee was hiked from N76,500 to 180,000 for those in education, and from N90,500 to N230,000 for those in pure and applied science. Enraged by this hike, which was announced on the portal, the protesting students carried placards with various inscriptions.
