STATISTICS: NBS gives details of what Nigerians paid to 11 distribution companies between January and Match, 2023   The Electricity Distribution Companies (DisCos) collected revenue of N247.33 billion from consumers in the first quarter (Q1) of 2023, according to the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS). The DisCOs collected N232.32 billion in the preceding Q4 2022. Nigeria’s public debt stock has increased from N35.46 trillion (86.57 billion dollars) in the second quarter of 2021 to N42.84 trillion (103.31 billion dollars) in the corresponding period of 2022,according to National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) Nigerian Domestic and Foreign Debt Report released in Abuja on Wednesday.
