Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB), came top among the various government agencies whose performance in transparency and efficiency were assessed Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC). Other agencies next to NCDMB are Standards Organisation of Nigeria (SON), and Nigerian Agricultural Quarantine Service (NAQS) have emerged as top-performing agencies, according to the 2024 half-year Transparency and Efficiency Compliance report.
