The former Comptroller of the Nigerian Customs Service, Abdullahi Dikko, has died. A statement by the agency’s Public Relations Officer, Joseph Attah, read; “The family of the former Comptroller General of Customs, Abdullahi Dikko Inde just announced his passing away today.
