Nigeria has lunched Upstream Cost Optimisation Programme (NUCOP) The Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) on Tuesday deepened its drive to sink oil production cost in Nigeria to $10 per barrel as it already secured backings from critical stakeholders.
