Controversial Nigerian singer, Habeeb Okikiola, popularly known as Portable, was arraigned on Thursday at the Isabo High Court in Abeokuta, Ogun State. Electricity consumers under the Ibadan Electricity Distribution company (IBEDC) network may soon experience massive black out.     The Managing Director of the company, Engr.
