The Abia State Police Command has arrested the General Overseer of Agape Evangelical Ministry, Bishop Timothy Otu, over the death of a female Evangelist, Happiness Echieze, in a hotel room in Aba area of Abia State. Command Spokesperson, Maureen Chinaka, confirmed the arrest of the pastor following the death of the mother of three.
