The Nigeria Police Force has been plunged into mourning following the death of a Superintendent of Police, Nahun Gwadi Eli, who died in his hotel room in Jos, Plateau State. He was found dead and lying on the floor beside his bed after concerned officers broke down his hotel room. Doctors have ruled out foul play in Eli’s death.
