The Nigerian Police force has reintroduced the enforcement of the earlier suspended digitalized Central Motor Registry (e-CMR). The Police said e-CMR is an advanced digital system designed to improve vehicle security, fight crime and simplify vehicle registration. This was made known in a post on the Police X handle on Friday. According to the post, one can conveniently register and manage vehicle information online, track stolen vehicles and prevent fraudulent activities.
