The National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN) sitting in Lagos Tuesday reinstated the operations of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) in Lagos State. Justice Maureen Esowe voided the Lagos State Parks Administrator Caretaker Committee.
