Lagos Gov takes over payment of sacrificial goats, spiritual clothing, and visits to holy sites for state pilgrims in Saudi Arabia     The Lagos State governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has charged 1,800 Hajj pilgrims from the state to be good ambassadors of Nigeria and the state.
