Buhari Dragged to Court Over N5bn Budget to Monitor Nigerian’s WhatsApp

Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has filed a lawsuit against President Muhammadu Buhari over alleged plans to spend approximately N5 billion (N4.87billion) to monitor WhatsApp phone calls and text messages.
