SERAP Sues NCC Over Telecom Tariff Hike

The Socio-Economic Rights and Accountability Project (SERAP) has filed a lawsuit against the Nigerian Communications Commission (NCC) over the 50 percent hike in telecom tariffs approved by the regulatory body.
