The Nigeria police have dismissed two special constabularies, Jimoh Lukmon and Kareem Fatai, who were caught in a viral video trying to extort money from a Dutch tourist who was on a power bike en route to Abuja. Oyo State Commissioner of Police, Adebola Hamzat, pronounced their dismissal at the state’s Police Headquarters in Eleyele, Ibadan on Thursday.
