SCANDAL: Two NIMC Staff Arrested In Niger Republic Enrolling Foreigners

No fewer than two National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) staff were found by the Nigerian Army while allegedly enrolling non-Nigerians for National Identity Numbers (NIN) in the Niger Republic.
