Chief Magistrate Olusegun Ayilara of an Osun State Magistrate Court sitting in Osogbo has ordered the remand of a luxurious bus driver, Ibrahim Muntari, 35, for allegedly driving recklessly causing the death of six persons, including five students of Osun State University, UNIOSUN. Muntari was said to have driven a luxurious bus registered with LAGOS EPE 796 VH, belonging to Silver Luxury Travels and Freight, without a driving license, roadworthiness document or vehicle insurance.
