The management of Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile -Ife, has announced a two-week mid-semester break, beginning from March 28, 2022. This was contained in a release made on Saturday, signed by the university’s registrar, Mrs Magaret Idowu Omosule. Platforms Africa recalls that the university had since been rocked with series of protests by a group of Ife indigenes who decried the non-appointment of Ife indigene as the Vice Chancellor of the university.
