  The Nigerian Government has announced a fresh plan for temporary and full shut down of two important tranport links to Lagos, the commercial capital. Federal Controller of Works for Lagos, Olukayode Popoola, announced a 72-hour total closure of the Third Mainland Bridge to cast concrete on the expansion joints.
