A dispatched rider, Emmanuel Samuel, was on Sunday July 11 2021 arrested by men of the Ogun State police command while running away with the motorcycle given to him by his company to dispatch their goods. Samuel was arrested when he was accosted by policemen from Ogere division who were on routine patrol of their area.
