The Department of Petroleum Resources (DPR) said its attention has been drawn to the misinterpretation of the comments made by it regarding subsidy removal.   A middle-age woman, Bunmi Ademola, who has been suffering mental illness for 18 years, has given birth to two bouncing baby boys as a set of twins in Lagos, Nigeria’s commercial capital.
