A former Deputy Rector with Moshood Abiola Polytechnic (MAPOLY) Abeokuta, Mr. Lekan Sakibu Famuyiwa popularly known as Baba Fancy, is dead.

Platforms Africa reports that Mr. Famuyiwa, 72 died Friday afternoon in his residence in Abeokuta after a sumptuous lunch.

According to a family source, the deceased was so lively this afternoon that he was still so active on his social media handle (Whatsapp) beyond mid day.

A prominent member of the ABEOKUTA Club, the late Famuyiwa was survived by wife, children and grandchildren.
