Platforms Africa’s Ganiyu Amodu Selected For Sterling Environmental Makeover Reporting

Amodu, among 20 journalists, picked from the pool of entries for the scheme happening in 28 locations across Nigeria

 

A reporter with Platforms Africa, Ganiyu Amodu, has been selected for the Sterling environmental makeover reporting.

Amodu was among 20 Nigerian journalists picked for the scheme held at the Alpha Beach, Lagos, Nigeria.

The initiative by Sterling One Foundation tagged Sterling Environmental Makeover is being carried out in 28 locations across the country and in the six geo-political zones simultaneously.

Announcing the success of Amodu’s application through an invitation sent through WhatsApp, the project coordinator said that his entry was among many received by the organisers.

The message reads, “Thank you for registering your interest to join us on this journey for a sustainable environment as we kick off the National Beach Clean Up Tommorow”.
