Notable among the more than 100 top real estate developers backing Dr. Oshundairo for the Lagos REDAN Chairmanship position are: Dr. Adetola Emmanuelking of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, Mr. Wale Ayilara of Landwey Investment Limited, Chief Olumide Osunshina of Megamound Investment Limited, Mr. Tayo Sonuga of Haven Homes and Properties Limited amongst others. The support for Dr. Oshundairo according to these top developers is coming from their trust is his ability to unify the association and also lead a productive engagement with government on how best to address and resolve concerns of real estate developers in Lagos State.
At a recent interaction with Dr. Adetola EmmanuelKing of Adron Homes and Properties Limited, he alluded to the capacity of Dr. Oshundairo to position Lagos REDAN for greater impact in the Lagos housing sector. “Dr. Oshundairo is a grounded real estate developer who understands the business as an active real estate developer. He understands the pain of real estate developers and will use that experience to help position Lagos REDAN for better performance in the housing sector”, he says.
Dr. Oshundairo over the last 13years of running Arc-View Investments Limited has 26 estates in different parts of Lagos and Ogun State with more than 5,000 housing units delivered for low and middle income earners. He is a serial entrepreneur with investments in the education, hospitality, financial services and media sector.

He is currently the Head of the Lagos REDAN Committee on Inter-governmental relations. As head of the committee, Dr. Oshundairo was instrumental to the redesign and reconstruction of the burnt Ajiwe Police Station in Ajah during the End SARS protests. He has also overseen the delivery of other socially impactful projects by Lagos REDAN.
