The Hajj and Umrah Tour Operators Association (HUTOA) has urged its members to begin early preparations for the 2025 Hajj, emphasizing the need to align with global best practices for a smooth exercise.

In a statement marking Nigeria’s 64th Independence anniversary, HUTOA expressed confidence in the National Hajj Commission (NAHCON) to deliver a more efficient and improved pilgrimage next year.

The statement, signed by the association’s Chairman, Alhaji Muhammed Suleiman, also conveyed prayers for the nation’s continued prosperity.

“We hereby use this medium to ask our members to continue their preparations for Hajj 2025 while relying on the firm assurances given by NAHCON regarding a better and more efficient Hajj in the coming year,” the statement read.

As the countdown to the 2025 Hajj begins, HUTOA emphasized the importance of early and thorough preparations to ensure a seamless pilgrimage experience for all intending pilgrims.
