The Nigerian Army has nabbed one Adeleye Ayomide, 23, the suspected killer of Idowu Christiana, the abducted 300-level student of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, FUNAAB, Ogun State. Also, the Lagos State Police Command, on Thursday, confirmed that the Army handed over Ayomide. The deceased was kidnapped by suspected abductors along the Ikorodu-Yaba Road in Lagos State on Monday, August 19, 2024. 122 To Bag First Class As FUNAAB Holds Convocation

Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta said that 122 students of the institution would be graduating with First Class during the institution’s 31st convocation. FUNAAB Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Olusola Kehinde disclosed this at a news conference, on Wednesday, in Abeokuta. The briefing is to commemorate the 31st convocation ceremony of the university. He said that a total of 1,540 students bagged Second Class honours (Upper Division) with 1, 705 bagging Second Class (Lower Division) and 187 Third Class.
