NIMASA gives update, SPDC shuts pipeline as cleanup still awaited 24 hours after spill   The oil spilled at the Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) loading terminal, (SMI), in Bonny, Rivers State, has reached the shoreline, as incident clocked 24 hours.
