Christopher Musa, Chief of Defence Staff (CDS), says the federal government has submitted most of the requirements for Simon Ekpa’s extradition to Nigeria. Ekpa, a pro-Biafra agitator and secessionist, was arrested by Finland law enforcement on November 21.
