Gallant Super Eagles of Nigeria lost to hosts Ivory Coast in a thrilling Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) final match at the Alassane Ouattara Olympic Stadium in Ebimpe, Abidjan, on Sunday. International Money Transfer Operators and banks in the country have halted the payment of dollars to their customers.
