▪️ Beyond Curses, criticism, What to know about Platforms Africa’s ‘Helping Nigeria to Succeed Series’
Leading solution-driven media group, Platforms Africa, has begun the “Helping Government To Succeed” series with collation of suggestions from Nigerians on how the government can help people overcome the present economic challenge.
Team Lead of the Platforms Africa, Adeola Yusuf, who said this while unveiling the series on Tuesday, maintained that the economic condition of Nigeria deserves critical measures beyond curses and destructive criticism of the government.
According to Adeola Yusuf, the series, which were started by a member of the Platforms Africa’s forum, Sir Omotuyi Mebawondu, a medical doctor of over 32 years, are to get genuine suggestions from smart minds on what else should the government do.
“The Platforms Africa will, in continuation of our tradition of solution jounalism, publish suggestions by Nigerians on what the think government should do to better their lots in this present economic situation,” he said.

Meanwhile, intellectuals who are members of Platforms Africa’s forum have called on other media to also promote narratives on developmental journalism.
“Some smart minds have responded to the Platforms Africa call for write ups on what they wanted the government to do to overcome the ongoing economic hardship being faced by the citizens. All these suggestions will be published and optimised,” Adeola Yusuf said.
