EKEDC Deepens Customers’ Confidence With Hightened Service Deliverables

The Eko Electricity Distribution Company (EKEDC) on Thursday deepened the confidence of its customers as it heightened its service delivery goals.

Platforms Africa reports that the utility company held a maiden district town hall meeting for customers around the FESTAC town in Lagos, where the power consumers lodged complaints as well as showed appreciation for the company’s quick response rate to calls on technical faults.

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer of EKEDC, Dr. Tinuade Sanda, who led the team, assured the customers of unhindered service delivery.

Sanda, who was represented by Chief Finance Officer, Mr Joseph Esenwa, spoke on the need to sustain the existing mutual relationship between the company and its customers.

This, she said, will empower the company in meeting up with service delivery.

“We commenced this year’s engagement meeting with our valued customers in Festac District with a team led by the Chief Finance Officer, Mr Joseph Esenwa. This is in continuation of our commitment to empowering quality of lives.

“The meeting ended with the assurance that all raised complaints would be resolved accordingly.”
